Delivery:

– For complete privacy, the shipment can also be sent to C/o (Care of) nearest courier office in your area from where you may go and pick up.
Packaging:
– We pack your items discreetly (confidentially) with brown paper, only your name, address and mobile number is mentioned on the package. No products labels or any info is disclosed about the product.
– Your item is double padded to ensure safe delivery.
Tracking:
– The AWB/Docket No./Tracking ID is sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch via SMS.
– Tracking info is sent to you within 24 hours of your product dispatch.
– You can easily track your parcel by visiting the logistic partner website and entering the AWB no. provided to you via SMS.
Delivery Failures, Locked Premises, Returns:
– The courier will attempt up to 3 times to deliver the package to your address, in some locations this might not be possible, therefore it is strongly recommended that you track your parcel and keep up to date information about it, in case you have a query you may contact the courier service help line no. from the website.
– We shall not be liable for a returned item due to closed premises or receiver not available at the time of delivery. In such cases the shipping charges has to be paid to us accordingly.
